gstreamer0.10-nice software package provides ICE library (GStreamer 0.10 plugin), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install gstreamer0.10-nice
gstreamer0.10-nice is installed in your system.
Make ensure the gstreamer0.10-nice package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep gstreamer0.10-nice *
You will get with gstreamer0.10-nice package name, version, architecture and description in a table
